3/25/2013 - Melvin S. Britton, Jr., 42 year old male from Wooster - Case No. 00110-01-13-CRB
Convicted of Assault, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.13(A). Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a term of
incarceration of 60 days and Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years.

       Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1) and 2 additional counts.  Sentenced by Judge Carol Millhoan to: a term of incarceration of 30 days and a fine of $600.00.  Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Home Arrest.

DAVID D HARDEN – 12-CR-0252 –  Criminal Damaging 2909.06(A)(1) - M2.  Found guilty by Judge Spitler.  Sentenced to 90 days, suspended; 1 year Community Control; $200 fine; and 40 hours Community Service.

Wayne County Child Support Agency First in State For Support Order Establishment

The Wayne County Child Support Enforcement Agency (WCCSEA), a division of the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, announced today that the Agency received statewide recognition for outstanding performance in the area of support order establishment.  The Agency was recognized by the State of Ohio for “Best Performance, Support Order Establishment” for federal fiscal year 2012 in the medium caseload division.
