Week of 3/5/18 Criminal Felony Convictions:

Week of 6/20/16 Criminal Felony Convictions:

6/22/2016 - Duane Anthony Pugh, 35 year old male from WOOSTER - Case No. 2016 CRC-I 000099

Convicted of Domestic Violence, F4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25(A). Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 93 days.

 

Criminal Misdemeanor Convictions in the Wayne County, Ohio Municipal Court for Week of 10/20/14:

The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses. The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 10/20/2014 to 10/27/2014:

Convicted of Misuse of Credit Cards, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.21(B)(2). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R.

VanSickle to: a fine of $200.00. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard
