Tim Bogner – Assistant Prosecuting Attorney 

Tim Bogner joined the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney’s office in 2021 prosecuting abuse, neglect, and dependency cases for Wayne County Children Services.  In August 2024, he became an Assistant Prosecutor in the Civil Division.  Prior to joining the office, he was in private practice working in the areas of Domestic Relations (including work as a Guardian Ad Litem), Criminal Defense, Estate Planning, and Property Law. He earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Kansas in 2014, a Master of Arts from Kansas State University in 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts (Summa Cum Laude) from Emporia State University in 2002.
