3/3/2021 – Jeremy R. Griffitts, 41-year-old male from Fostoria – Case No. 2020 CRC-I 000525
Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A) and 3 additional counts. Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 2 years, Post Release Control in the amount of 3 years, a fine of $525.00 and a driver’s license suspension for 5 years.
