7/7/2021 – Thomas Albert Dilyard, 39-year-old male from Wooster – Case No. 2018 CRC-I 000379
Convicted of Theft from a Person in a Protected Class, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(3). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year. Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 50 Hours; Random Drug Testing; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment.
