The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses. The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 10/11/2021 to 10/18/2021:

 

10/12/2021 – Tarence Michael Lemon, 20-year-old male from RITTMAN – Case No. 2021 CR-B 000810

Convicted of Criminal Mischief, M3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2909.07(A)(1)(a). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $200.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Pay Restitution: $37.46 payable to Orlo Auto Parts.; Evaluation: Anger Management.

 

10/12/2021 – Jeremiah Haskins, 20-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2021 CR-B 000807

Convicted of Domestic Violence, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25(C). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 15 days, Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years and a fine of $350.00. The judge ordered: 15 days concurrent with PPV sentence Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; Evaluation: Mental Health and Drug/Alcohol Assessments.

 

10/12/2021 – Marvin Swiger, 30-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2021 CR-B 000842

Convicted of Criminal Damaging or Endangering, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2909.06(A)(1) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years and a fine of $200.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 100 Hours; Random Drug Testing; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; Counseling: mental health & substance use.

 

10/12/2021 – Michael Radebaugh, 34-year-old male from MARION – Case No. 2021 CR-B 001028

Convicted of Public Indecency, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2907.09(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 15 days and a fine of $200.00. The judge ordered: CREDIT FOR 14 DAYS JAIL Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Evaluation: MENTAL HEALTH SCREEN; Screening: RANDOM DRUG TESTS.

 

10/14/2021 – Nyeemah Brown, 21-year-old female from WOOSTER – Case No. 2021 CR-B 000559

Convicted of Menacing, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.22(A). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $150.00.

 

10/15/2021 – Connor Adams, 18-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2021 CR-B 000668

Convicted of Criminal Damaging or Endangering, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2909.06(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a fine of $200.00.

 

10/15/2021 – Rodney Ray Roper, 44-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2021 CR-B 000471

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a term of incarceration of 210 days and a fine of $700.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

 

10/15/2021 – Lawrence Noland, 41-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2020 CR-B 000961

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $200.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Perform Community Service: 60 Hours; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment.
