Week of 1/31/22 Criminal Felony Convictions:

A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio. Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 1/31/2022 to 2/7/2022:

 

2/2/2022 – Seth Tyler Patterson-Doty, 29-year-old male from ORRVILLE – Case No. 2021 CRC-I 000101

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 180 days and Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 50 Hours; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation Department; Obtain / Maintain Gainful Employment; Intensive Supervision Program.

 

2/2/2022 – Isaac Frontz, 23-year-old male from Wooster – Case No. 2021 CRC-I 000358

Convicted of Having Weapons While Under Disability, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2923.13(A)(3) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Mark K. Wiest to: a term of incarceration of 1 year, a fine of $375.00 and a driver’s license suspension for 1 year.
