Week of 1/23/23 Criminal Felony Convictions::

A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio. Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 1/23/2023 to 1/30/2023:

 

1/24/2023 – Roland Mayforth, 43-year-old male from MASSILLON – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000183

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle.

 

1/25/2023 – Jordan Jarvis, 32-year-old male from ORRVILLE – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000244

Convicted of Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 6 months.

 

1/25/2023 – Jordan Jarvis, 31-year-old male from ORRVILLE – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000135

Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 6 months.
