The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses. The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 3/27/2023 to 4/3/2023:

3/27/2023 – Michael Duncan, 45-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2023 CR-B 000133 Convicted of Criminal Trespass, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.21(A)(2). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $100.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; No Contact with J&J Laundromat.

3/27/2023 – Subrena Foster, 35-year-old female from WOOSTER – Case No. 2022 CR-B 001266 Convicted of Disorderly Conduct, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2917.11(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a term of incarceration of 20 days and a fine of $200.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

3/28/2023 – Rocky Allen Bailey, 47-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2022 CR-B 001131 Convicted of Obstructing Official Business, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.31(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 10 days and Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years.

3/28/2023 – Daniel Ray Walker, 39-year-old male from RITTMAN – Case No. 2023 CR-B 000339 Convicted of Disorderly Conduct, MM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2917.11(A)(1) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a fine of $300.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

3/28/2023 – Blake Miller, 27-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2021 CR-B 001522 Convicted of Criminal Mischief, M3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2909.07(A)(1)(a). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a fine of $200.00.

3/28/2023 – Danielle Wheeler, 45-year-old female from WOOSTER – Case No. 2021 CR-B 001491 Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle.

3/30/2023 – Benjamin Vanzallas, 58-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2023 CR-B 000311 Convicted of Criminal Trespass, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2911.21(A)(2). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $100.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer.

3/30/2023 – Benjamin Vanzallas, 57-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2023 CR-B 000344 Convicted of Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.14(C)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $100.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer.

3/30/2023 – Douglas Jay Elliston, 40-year-old male from Wooster – Case No. 2023 CR-B 000043 Convicted of Receiving Stolen Property, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.51(A). Sentenced to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $250.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer.  

3/30/2023 – Derick Kimmell, 34-year-old male from MASSILLON – Case No. 2022 CR-B 001085 Convicted of Aggravated Menacing, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.21(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $250.00. The judge ordered: Anger Management counseling Additionally the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer.
