The Wayne County Municipal Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor level offenses. The following are the criminal case convictions (not including traffic offenses) for 4/10/2023 to 4/17/2023:

4/10/2023 – Megan Elizabeth Herman, 38-year-old female from Broadview – Case No. 2023 CR-B 000449 Convicted of Obstructing Official Business, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.31(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year and a fine of $200.00. 4/10/2023 – Ashley Rochelle Roberts, 36-year-old female from Shreve – Case No. 2023 CR-B 000176 Convicted of Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, M4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.14(C)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a fine of $150.00. 4/10/2023 – Thomas Boyd, 45-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2022 CR-B 000924 Convicted of Disorderly Conduct, MM, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2917.11(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. 4/10/2023 – Daniel Michael Miller, 36-year-old male from STOW – Case No. 2022 CR-B 001145 Convicted of Unlawful Restraint, M3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2905.03(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle.

4/10/2023 – Phillip Marks, 32-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2022 CR-B 000933 Convicted of Attempted Criminal Simulation, M2, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2923.02 / 2913.32(A)(4).
