4/19/2023 – Lance Mann, 48-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000031 Convicted of Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.36(A)(2). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 2 years, 6 months and Post Release Control in the amount of 2 years.

4/18/2023 – Gregory Wallace, 36-year-old male – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000393 Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle.

4/19/2023 – William Parks, 20-year-old male from Cleveland – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000359 Convicted of Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.331(B) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 3 years, 10 months and a revoked driver’s license. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees.

4/19/2023 – Ryan Michael Swiger, 33-year-old male from MARSHALLVILLE – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000395 Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 180 days.

4/21/2023 – David Miller, 32-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000004 Convicted of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2925.11(A). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 1 year and Post Release Control in the amount of 2 years.

4/19/2023 – Michael J. Ozmore, 41-year-old male from AKRON – Case No. 2021 CRC-I 000230 Convicted of Receiving Stolen Property, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.51(A). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle.
