5/15/2023 – Peter Patrick, 61-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2023 CR-B 000451

Convicted of Assault, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2903.13(A) and one additional count. Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a term of incarceration of 240 days and a fine of $700.00. Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; No Contact with Debra Duncan.

5/16/2023 – Jerica Robison, 32-year-old female from WOOSTER – Case No. 2023 CR-B 000195

Convicted of Petty Theft, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Nathan Shaker to: a term of incarceration of 30 days and a fine of $200.00.

5/19/2023 – Nickolas Arrendondo, 32-year-old male from Apple Creek – Case No. 2022 CR-B 000682

Convicted of Domestic Violence, M1, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25(A). Sentenced by Judge Michael W. Rickett to: a term of incarceration of 170 days and a fine of $800.00.
