Week of 5/22/23 Criminal Felony Convictions::

A criminal defendant has to have been sentenced before he or she is considered “convicted” of a criminal offense in the State of Ohio. Below are the felony convictions that took place in the Wayne County Common Pleas Court for 5/22/2023 to 5/29/2023:


5/24/2023 – Joshua Allen Shutt, 27-year-old male from WOOSTER – Case No. 2022 CRC-I 000373

Convicted of Domestic Violence, F4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2919.25(A). Sentenced by Judge Corey E. Spitler to: a term of incarceration of 6 months and Community Control sanctions in the amount of 2 years.
