Additionally, the following conditions were imposed: Pay Court Costs / Probation Fees; Standard Terms: Obey All Laws & Probation Rules, Follow Directions of Probation Officer; Perform Community Service: 50 Hours; Random Drug Testing; Alcohol / Drug / Mental Health Counseling as Directed by Probation

Convicted of Theft, F5, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2913.02(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: a term of incarceration of 180 days.

 

6/7/2023 – Andrew Hershberger, 46-year-old male from Wooster – Case No. 2023 CRC-I 000131

Convicted of Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, F3, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2921.331(B). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle.

 

6/6/2023 – Matthew Williams, 26-year-old male from RITTMAN – Case No. 2023 CRC-I 000128

Convicted of Unlawful Transactions in Weapons, F4, in violation of Ohio Revised Code 2923.20(A)(1). Sentenced by Judge Timothy R. VanSickle to: Community Control sanctions in the amount of 1 year.
