Deb Cline – Paralegal Civil & Juvenile Divisions / Diversion Administrative Assistant

Deb graduated from Bradford School in 2007 with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. She began her career in Wayne County in 2009 as a Deputy Clerk for the Wayne County Clerk of Courts. She started as a Traffic/Criminal clerk at the Municipal Court and worked her way to the Domestic Relations Clerk at the Common Pleas Court. In September of 2013, Deb transferred to the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office to serve as the Legal Secretary for the Juvenile, Civil and Appellate Divisions supporting the prosecution of juvenile delinquents and civil cases, and assisting with appeals. In June 2014, Deb was promoted to Paralegal.  Deb answers the agency phone, responds to questions, greets visitors, and assists attorneys in legal research and writing legal correspondence and pleadings. Deb is also well-versed in the use of the Matrix case file system, on which she is a subject matter expert and has earned the title of “super user” responsible for training and assisting others in its proper usage. In April 2019, Deb took on the additional responsiblity of Diversion Administrative Assistant.
