Joey Marullo – Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Joey Marullo joined the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in September, 2022. Joey is an Assistant Prosecutor in the Felony Division where he prosecutes felony offenses in the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas. Prior to his transfer into the Felony Division, Joey prosecuted adults charged with various misdemeanor offenses, including OVI and other traffic offenses, assault, theft, and low-level drugs offenses. Joey received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 1986, and his Juris Doctor Degree from the Loyola School of Law, New Orleans in 1990. While in law school, Joey was a Judicial Clerk for the Orleans Parish Criminal Courts.
